PG Management System Services (PGMSS) was established in 2013 by Phil Graf as a boutique management consultancy that specialises in assisting small to medium sized businesses servicing the Construction and Mining Industries through the development, implementation and continual improvement of their Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
PGMSS provide organisations with consulting, training, auditing and HSEQ management services that assists the organisation to achieve improved organisational performance.
Prior to starting PGMSS Phil had been engaged for over 20 years by both large and medium sized engineering enterprises in the Construction, Utilities and Oil and Gas sectors to develop management systems, facilitate organizational improvement and obtain and maintain third party certifications to AS 4801, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FSC accreditation.
Over the years Phil has provided Leadership and Industry Advocacy by been involved with a number of Industry Associations, Committees and Educational Institutions. These have included the CCF Training Committee, AAPA Training Committee, Queensland Civil and Infrastructure Skills Formation Strategy, CSQ Civil Construction Advisory Committee, WHS Queensland Civil Construction Musculoskeletal Injury Review Committee and the University of NSW MBT program.
PGMSS has developed Integrated Management Systems for a number organisations servicing the Construction and Mining Industries throughout Australia. With clients in South East Queensland, Regional Queensland and Perth. The services provided by these organisations have included:
